Gestoría Digital: verificación documental

As a Settlements member, I want the system to automatically extract and validate data from documents uploaded by the Investor and Seller So that I can verify completeness and accuracy without manual review of each document. When an Investor or Seller uploads a document (DNI/NIE, escritura, nota simple, etc.), the system runs OCR extraction automatically — no manual trigger required Extracted fields are displayed to the Ops Team in a structured review panel with confidence scores per field Fields with confidence score below threshold (TBD — suggest 85%) are flagged for manual review If a required field is missing or unreadable, the document status is set to INCOMPLETE and the uploader is notified If all required fields pass validation, document status is set to VERIFIED Sponsor: Jose Juan Gimenez Padilla Impacto esperado: Tiempo de verificación por expediente: de ~45-60 min manual a ~5-10 min (revisión de flags solamente). Error rate en transcripción manual: debería bajar a casi 0 en campos extraídos correctamente. Primer paso hacia la creación de gestoría digital que nos daría más control de las operaciones y de los timings.
