As a Closer, I want investors to automatically receive a voice call 10 minutes before their scheduled meeting so that no-show rate drops and closers don't waste calendar slots. System detects HubSpot meetings scheduled with a Closer and triggers a call exactly 10 min before start time. ElevenLabs voice call plays a reminder with the investor's name, meeting time, and Closer's name. If the investor doesn't pick up, the system retries once after 2 minutes and logs the outcome. Call outcome (answered / no answer / failed) is logged back to the HubSpot contact record as a note or activity. Closers can see call status in HubSpot before the meeting starts (answered = likely showing, no answer = flag). If a meeting is cancelled or rescheduled in HubSpot with more than 15 min notice, the call is cancelled automatically. Impacto esperado: 20–40% reduction in no-shows. P&T Team: Engineering
