Partner Invoicing Platform
A web platform that automates invoice management: the partner uploads a PDF and fills out a simple form (Partner, invoice type, and applicable dates). The system then analyzes the file, renames it, organizes it into the correct folder in Google Drive, extracts key data (date, company, amount, concept), and stores everything in an organized way both as a file in Drive and as structured data in Google Sheets as a unified database (since each partner submits invoices in different formats). It also helps detect duplicates.
The goal is to eliminate manual invoice handling. For example, if by the 20th of the month an invoice from a specific partner has not been received, an automatic email reminder can be sent ahead of accounting close. This system centralizes and structures all information, making it ready for cost review (theoretical vs. actual), solving the current issue of not having a simple way to verify invoice amounts upon arrival.
